Verified Reviewer |Resolved: XE Money transfer not received starting Oct 11th, then again on Nov 17th
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. It took XE.com about 10 days to redirect the money to the new bank but they finally got it done!
I live in Colorado, USA. I own a condo in Mexico.
I owed almost $17,000 usd in HOA fees and utilities. The manager in Mexico sent me a bill in PESOS, so I had XE transfer 298,974 in Pesos to his banking information
in New York city. Unfortunately, they wanted the money sent in USD, which came from my bank in USD but because my bill was in MX Pesos, this is how I sent the money. Long story short, the only solution was for the recipient to provide me their banking info in Mexico, so I opened a ticket with Brenda on Nov 16th or 17th to resend the funds to them as a new recipient whose bank was in Mexico.
Soooo, I only received an email from Brenda explaining this money was resent in pesos on Nov 17th. To this date, I've not seen PROOF of this money transaction on the XE.com platform nor has the recipient received the funds. It's now been 14 days!!!
I keep calling your customer service department, and today I spoke with Denise. She can't show me proof of the transfer or even get me to her supervisor.
As far as I know, XE.com just stole this money from me!
I am ready to hire an attorney and take legal action unless I have PROOF today that the money was sent. I don't want an EMAIL...I need to see the actual wire transfer from XE.com to BBVA in Mexico city.
The transfer number was C1442****, the ticket number was or is 519****.

Gave no reason for account closure. Luckily it was only $20 which has not been returned yet! They talk about fraud yet do it to customers!

After 20 days the transfer had not reached the recipient and is still unresolved.
The initial transfer had insufficient or incorrect information in the body of the transfer and was returned by the recipients's bank.
A second transfer was sent and the same thing occurred.
A 5% late penalty has now been assessed.

Service is very helpless; Company was not able to do an trustfull transfer. After a week i got nack my money but Company-Servece is not able to tell me any Issue and not albe to fix it !!
I started First transfer to my trustable receiver ( Highschool ) XE was not able to do the transfer; Is not able to help with any support! Support is really helpless to decribe the Issue!!
And not able to work on Issue !!
After more than a week i got money back !! Still dont know why !!
In Email ( I received in an answer) I was named as "Untrustfull Sender" I see this as an Impertinenz for a Company which likes to earn Money on any Transfers !!

This service absolutely sucks. I am very serious about having honest reviews, so I'm not just writing about a minor inconvenience.
the service literally couldn't do the one thing they are designed to do. When I contacted customer support on one of those stupid bots (because they don't have a phone number for you to complain to a person) they literally just came to the same assumption I had after agreeing they could help me.Okay so why would you allow me to fill out the info to complete the transaction and harass me about payment when I can't make the payment anyways? I'm even more bothered because uk is a British commonwealth. This is a British company!
Why the *** can't you use a uk account on here? Why are you asking me for a routing number when the country does not use them for their banks.
Go elsewhere. I literally don't know how I'm going to go about paying my family medicine

Even though their website says refunds will be processed in 1 to 4 days, you have to call them to start the process. It is not automatic. And since they closed my account, there is no way to contact them through their website.
